Studio terms

The deposit secures the date and is deducted from the final price.
The deposit is non-refundable. One date change is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice.
A no-show, or a cancellation under 48 hours, loses the deposit.
The design is drawn after the deposit. Small adjustments are included; a completely new idea may need a new deposit.
Final price depends on size, detail and time, and is confirmed before the needle starts.
Clients must be 18 or older. ID may be requested.

I have answered the health questions truthfully and will tell the artist if anything changes.

I understand a tattoo is permanent, and that healing and final look depend on my aftercare.

I will check the spelling, design, size and placement of the stencil before the tattoo starts.

I agree to follow the aftercare instructions given to me.
